“Chinese Nostradamus” claims he knows how Iran U.S. war will end in terrifying prediction

Known online as the ‘Chinese Nostradamus,’ Professor Xueqin Jiang is drawing attention with his predictions about the ongoing US-Iran conflict in the Middle East.

The Chinese-Canadian educator has built a large following on YouTube, where his channel Predictive History shares forecasts about global events.

In May 2024, he made three predictions during lectures at a high school in China, and posted them to his channel. Two of these forecasts have already come true, leaving his audience both eager and nervous to hear the third.

One prediction that proved accurate was that Donald Trump would win the 2024 US presidential election. Jiang said: “If he [Trump] does become president in a second term, there will be a very strong likelihood that the United States will go to war with Iran.”

The US and Iran have been in open conflict since February 28, with tensions continuing to escalate. Jiang’s most dramatic prediction, however, concerns the ultimate outcome: the U.S. will lose.

Jiang’s predictions about the war in Iran

Analyzing hypothetical warfare scenarios, the professor argued that any American attack on Iran would likely fail. “The third big prediction is that the United States will lose this war, which will forever change the global order,” he said, pointing to Iran’s demographics and topography as key factors.

“If this war [US-Iran] were to happen, there’s absolutely no way America can win this war,” he added.

Jiang attributes his predictive approach to “psycho-history,” a method he uses to analyze the past, future, and present. In previous videos, he has claimed that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps is motivated by anger over US interference in Iran: “We can suspect that a second Trump term war with Iran will be a major priority.

“Basically the United States is looking for a reason and Iran wants to give them a reason and that’s why I think war between the United States and Iran is very likely in the next two to four years.”

Speaking earlier this month, Jiang remained confident in his predictions: “Given my analysis of how the war is progressing, I think that Iran has many more advantages over the United States. The reality is, right now, it’s a war of attrition between the United States and Iran, and Iranians have been preparing 20 years for this conflict.”

He added that Iran has conducted “practice runs” and is engaging in what he described as “waging war against the entire global economy” by closing the Strait of Hormuz.
