Donald and Melania Trump celebrated New Year’s Eve at their Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Florida. The extravagant party included many guests, including members of the president and the first lady’s family.

Melania arrived in a flashy silver dress and matching silver heels, while Donald wore a tuxedo with a black bow tie.

Several pictures and videos from inside the celebration have been shared on social media, including one of Barron Trump not seeming to enjoy the party. Still, one moment that drew even more attention was when Donald and Melania Trump shared a quick kiss.

The Slovenian-born model placed her hand on her husband’s back before moving her head to one side, giving him a one-armed hug. It looked as if it happened at midnight.

A user who shared the video on X asked, “Here was Melania kissing Donald Trump at Mar-A-Lago last night: Was that a kiss or not?”

One joked, “The love between them is palpable. Can’t you just feel it? (This was sarcasm),”

Another said, “Very awkward.”

A third person wrote, “She presented him her cheek. That’s all he gets,” and a fourth claimed, “There is none of the easy affection and love seen between long term couples..just air kisses and obligatory hand holding for the cameras.”
