New angle shows chilling thing federal agent did after Alex Pretti was killed during ICE protest

37-year-old Alex Pretti was killed by an ICE agent during a Minneapolis anti-ICE protest. He was fatally shot several times, and the horrific murder has left many furious. Now, a new angle shows one federal agent doing a haunting thing after the ICU nurse was shot and killed.

At approximately 9.05 am on Saturday, near Nicolett Avenue in Minneapolis, 37-year-old Alex Pretti was shot and killed by an ICE agent. The fatal shooting happened as agents conducted an enforcement operation in the area, and the reactions afterward have been furious.

Donaöd Trump and several of his administration officials have said both this and that about the incident. White House senior adviser Stephen Miller called Alex Pretti, an ICU nurse, an “assassin,” Border Patrol Commander Gregory Bovino said the ICE agents were the real “victims,” and Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem claimed the shooting was justified.

The DHS claimed in a statement that the 37-year_old was allegedly armed with a 9mm semi-automatic handgun and “violently resisted” disarmament.

“Fearing for his life and the lives and safety of fellow officers, an agent fired defensive shots,” DHS said in a statement. Still, video footage from the scene paints another storie, especially casting serious doubt about whether Pretti was a threat or not.

It went as far as the Pretti family, feeling it was necessary to strike back.

In a statement, they dispute the government’s version of what happened to their beloved family member, saying he was not a “gunman.” Moreover, they added they were “heartbroken but also very angry” at what Donald Trump had said.

“The sickening lies told about our son by the administration are reprehensible and disgusting. Alex is clearly not holding a gun when attacked by Trump’s murdering and cowardly ICE thugs,” the statement read.

“He has his phone in his right hand and his empty left hand is raised above his head while trying to protect the woman ICE just pushed down all while being pepper-sprayed.”

Videos of the horrific killing have spread online, sharing the fatal incident from several different angles. Now, a new video has come to light – and people are furious.

A video shared on X shows that just seconds after Pretti was killed, an ICE agent was seen clapping before turning and walking away. The officer, who wore a black hoodie and a police vest, is seen arriving at the scene where Pretti had been tackled.

Before he reaches the ICE agents, a gunshot is heard. Then the officer is seen clapping his hands three times before leaving the scene.
